Ruffdraff started with a simple frustration: too much good work dies in handoffs. Strategy says one thing, design hears another, and the brand that walks out the door is a watered-down draft of the one that walked in.
So we built a studio small enough to stay coherent. Three founders, one team, total ownership — the people who set the strategy are the people who ship the work, and they answer for the result. No account layer, no diluted vision, no rough draft left behind.
